 | Abstract |
The main objectives of the mortality work package (WP-5) are:
- 1. Identify and describe existing data bases with information on mortality according to ethnic or migrants status (first and second generation migrants, other ethnic minorities);
- 2. Assess the coverage, completeness and quality of these databases, and to identify data bases useful for studying mortality in relationship to ethnicity or migrant status;
- 3. Collect data and analyze levels of mortality (by age, sex, and/or cause of death) in ethnic or migrant minorities compared to the majority populations.
